Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Fraud Analytics Operations Support Specialist to assist fraud analytics operations, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and project documentation. The role supports routine and non-routine tasks, tracks issues, and maintains project inputs under supervision.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, with on-site work in Lanham, Maryland. A Public Trust clearance is required or can be obtained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Three or more years of professional experience supporting project operations or fraud analytics.
• Experience documenting, reporting, and coordinating inputs for projects.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support fraud analytics operations, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Assist with project tracking, documentation, and status updates.
• Coordinate inputs and maintain project records across teams.
• Support data review, quality checks, and basic reporting.
• Organize stakeholder inputs, action items, and deliverables for timely completion.
• Work onsite at the client location in Lanham, Maryland five days per week.
