Job summary

Michaels in Dallas, TX is seeking a friendly Framing Team Member to assist customers with custom framing and manage in-store duties. You will help customers, process framing orders on time, operate the cash register, and keep a clean, well-merchandised store environment.

In this role you’ll lead by example, train others when needed, support the Framing Manager in KPI goals, and assist with truck stock and replenishment. Retail experience and strong customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers while creating Custom Framing solutions.
• Deliver sales and production results.
• Act in lead capacity in the absence of the Framing Manager.
• Be a resource to assist and train other Team Members.
• Support Framing Manager in KPI achievement.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Operate cash register and maintain cash handling standards.
• Acknowledge customers and help locate products.
• Engage customers on Rewards benefits and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
