Wild Coffee Human Resources is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute framing and concrete subcontracting projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will be the primary contact between the company, general contractors, owners, and field crews to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with top quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent field experience considered.
• 5+ years of project management experience in framing and/or concrete subcontracting.
• Experience managing projects from $1M to $20M+ in value.
• Familiarity with wood-frame construction and/or concrete foundations.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate projects from pre-construction to closeout; manage budgets and schedules.
• Lead field operations, coordinate with GCs and owners, monitor progress and safety.
• Review bid documents and develop accurate CPM schedules; manage RFIs and submittals.
• Mentor junior team members and conduct regular project meetings.
