Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and measuring abilities are required.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions.
• Provide a safe, clean, and clutter-free store environment.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Deliver sales and production results with accuracy and timeliness.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas (SISO, replenishment).
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers find products and solutions.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs and company programs.
• Interact respectfully with all teammates and promote the company vision and values.
• Assist with truck unloading and stocking to meet standards and budgets.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
