BEACH HOUSE GROUP is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Development to lead fragrance innovation and drive end-to-end product launches for NOYZ. You will partner with leadership to shape the innovation roadmap, manage cross-functional timelines, and oversee formulation, testing, and packaging concepts in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

This role requires 6–8+ years in beauty product development, strong regulatory knowledge (IFRA), and established relationships with labs and contract

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in product development within beauty, fragrance, or skincare.
• Experience launching products end to end.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic regulations and IFRA standards.
• Proven relationships with labs and contract manufacturers.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Lead fragrance innovation and manage end-to-end product pipeline.
• Oversee formulation, testing, packaging concepts, and launches.
• Collaborate with leadership on innovation roadmap and calendar.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and timelines.
• Maintain supplier quotes and pricing tracking.
• Ensure regulatory submissions and compliance.
