Job summary

LoveShackFancy in New York is seeking a Project Manager, Product Development & GTM to lead fragrance and candle launches from concept to shelf and through go-to-market.

You’ll be the day-to-day contact for our turnkey development partner, write product briefs, review artwork and samples, and keep internal teams and consultants on schedule. This hands-on role on a lean, growing team requires a strong eye for packaging, timelines, and fragrance trends.

Qualifications

• A strong project manager who has run launches from brief to shelf across teams, consultants and manufacturers.
• 3–5 years in brand-side product development, ideally fragrance or home fragrance.
• Experience working with a turnkey or full-service manufacturer.
• Product development experience for international markets.
• Strong olfactive vocabulary for briefing and feedback.
• Sharp eye for artwork, packaging and sample review.
• Pulse on fragrance and beauty trends.
• Clear, firm communicator who can hold partners to deadlines.
• Experience with brands that sell in Sephora.

Responsibilities

• Launch & GTM management of fragrance and candle launches from concept to market.
• Project manage GTM readiness across marketing, retail, and DTC, coordinating assets and deadlines.
• Run weekly launch meetings, design reviews, and ensure timely handoffs.
• Capture post-launch learnings and maintain project documentation.
• Manage partner relationships and provide clear direction through development rounds.
• Review artwork, formulas, and samples for brief conformity and quality.
