Qualifications

  • ABET-accredited degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering strongly preferred with 9+ years' experience.
  • Graduate degree with at least 7 years' related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum 13 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform FRACAS, root cause analysis, investigation, and design improvement recommendations.
  • Direct investigations and determine root cause of failures in design, production, and field reports.
  • Make recommendations to FRB and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Determine resolution of failures and actions to support FRACAS program.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Programs, Material Control, and Quality.
  • Manage multiple programs and resources in a multi-disciplined environment.
  • Review fault isolation and troubleshooting, perform functional testing and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain FRACAS database, monitor status, and generate management/customer reports.
  • Develop and present technical data to management and customers.
