Responsibilities

Provide strategic technical program leadership for FPGA product development.
Own program strategy, milestones, and cross-functional alignment from definition to production.
Partner with senior engineering and product leaders to map roadmaps, schedules, and milestones.
Drive alignment across distributed teams, establishing ownership, dependencies, and decisions.
Lead cross-functional resolution of technical and organizational challenges, trade-offs, and risks.
Establish and manage program-level risk frameworks and mitigation strategies.
Coordinate RTL, verification, architecture, physical design, firmware, software, validation, and operations teams.
Develop executive-level reporting with visibility into schedule, health, dependencies, and decisions.
