Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Software or Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years in Technical Program Management, PM leadership, or engineering program leadership.
• 8+ years coordinating hardware and software development across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex technical programs from definition through production rollout.
• Coordinate across silicon design, IP, software, firmware, validation, and manufacturing readiness.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Drive alignment across global teams in North America and Asia with clear ownership.
• Identify risks and resource constraints; develop mitigation plans.
• Partner with engineering, product management, quality, and operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Implement improved project management processes, tools, and reporting.
• Facilitate executive-level status updates and data-driven decisions.
• Support silicon bring-up, validation, sampling, and production readiness milestones.
