Job summary

GrammaTech is seeking a Sr. Hardware Design/FPGA Engineer to work onsite in Central Maryland (Ft. Meade or Annapolis). This full-time role requires a Full Scope Poly clearance and 12+ years in IC or microelectronic design. Strong FPGA design, HDL (Verilog/VHDL), and C/C++/Python skills are essential.

You will lead hardware design tasks, collaborate across teams, and develop P&R flows while interfacing with vendors and internal stakeholders. Competitive salary and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 12 years of IC or microelectronic design experience required.
• Full Scope Poly clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or Computer Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing new products and processes and improve existing products.
• Conduct design analysis to ensure cost efficiency, manufacturability, and reliability.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure project completion.
