Job summary

CHAOS Industries seeks a Senior Embedded SW/Firmware Design Engineer to design FPGA-based radar product components and integrate them with software systems. You will collaborate across teams and customer sites, contributing to multiple product offerings.

The role requires 5+ years in RTL/FPGAs, Verilog/SystemVerilog, and strong ARM/AXI knowledge, with on-site work in Hawthorne, CA. A DoD clearance is preferred and beneficial for access to sensitive data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional RTL design experience for FPGAs.
• Strong Verilog/SystemVerilog and FPGA lifecycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex FPGA designs for next-generation radar products.
• Support integration of FPGA designs with software systems.
• Collaborate with US and international customers on deployed FPGA capabilities.
• Work on-site in Hawthorne, California.
