Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of full-cycle aviation electronics hardware development experience.
• Experience with safety-critical FPGA certification in a DO-254 level A/B process.
• Professional experience designing and/or verifying FPGA digital logic using industry-standard design, simulation, and synthesis tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the certification lifecycle of the FPGA.
• Author DO-254 plans and standards; develop compliant peer-review and testing processes.
• Coordinate certification activities with FAA and relevant DERs.
• Guide verification through execution; ensure efficient verification of the product.
• Contribute to safe and dependable airborne electronic hardware at Reliable Robotics.
