Job summary

Reliable Robotics is building safety‑enhancing aviation technology with a mission to save lives. The Sr. FPGA Certification Engineer will own the FPGA certification lifecycle and drive DO‑254 plans for a high‑assurance phased‑array radar system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • 10+ years of full-cycle aviation electronics hardware development experience
  • Experience with safety‑critical FPGA certification in a DO‑254 level A/B process
  • Professional experience designing and/or verifying FPGA digital logic using industry‑standard design, simulation, and synthesis tools

Responsibilities

  • Own the FPGA certification lifecycle, including DO-254 plans and standards, and develop compliant peer-review and testing processes.
  • Coordinate certification activities with the FAA and DERs to enable safe, dependable airborne electronics hardware.
