Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years FPGA development for scientific instrumentation or related fields.
• Expert Verilog/SystemVerilog design and implementation.
• Strong timing analysis, pipelining, and clock-domain crossing skills.
• Experience with PCIe, Ethernet, and high-speed data interfaces.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and verification of FPGA subsystems.
• Develop FPGA pipelines for real-time processing and data movement.
• Design interfaces to ADCs/DACs, memory, PCIe, Ethernet, and related hardware.
• Optimize designs for throughput, latency, and resource usage.
• Mentor engineers and establish reusable FPGA frameworks and verification methods.
