Job summary

Next Ventures partners with a fast-growing health tech company to reshape its finance function. They are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst focused on FP&A and financial systems, with a major emphasis on Workday Adaptive Planning.

In this role you will redesign and optimize the Adaptive instance, build models and dashboards, and collaborate with senior finance leaders to drive planning excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Background in financial systems, FP&A systems, or Adaptive administration.
• Experience building models, reports, and dashboards within Adaptive.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
