Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Sr FP&A Analyst to join the Finance Transformation team in San Francisco. You will optimize budgeting, forecasting, and reporting workflows, with emphasis on Workday Adaptive Planning and related financial systems.

You’ll handle system configuration, end-user support, and project delivery to improve efficiency and data integrity. We’re looking for 8+ years in financial systems/FP&A, strong leadership, and ability to work across Finance, HR, and IT to drive change and value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A, or business systems roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proficiency with Workday Adaptive Planning, SAP, Workday HCM, Snowflake, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance scalable financial models and reporting processes with FBP and Corp FP&A stakeholders.
• Audit, validate, and improve data integrity across financial systems and metrics.
• Support system evolution initiatives: upgrades, ERP integrations, and new configurations.
• Maintain documentation and end-user training materials for financial systems.
• Oversee financial systems projects, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Finance, HR, IT for project execution.
