Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A, or business systems roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in enterprise financial applications including Workday Adaptive Planning, SAP, Workday HCM, Snowflake, Power BI.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills with ability to influence across leadership levels.
• Strong people leadership in complex, matrixed environments with high-performing teams.
• Solid forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and accounting principles with actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance scalable financial models and reporting processes with cross-functional partners.
• Audit, validate, and improve data integrity across financial systems and outputs.
• Support and drive system evolution initiatives, including EPM upgrades and ERP integrations.
• Maintain documentation: end-user training materials, configuration requirements, and process guides.
• Oversee financial systems projects, managing timelines, stakeholders, and risk.
• Lead testing and change management for major system updates and integrations.
• Collaborate across Finance, HR, IT and other teams to plan and execute improvements.
