Job summary

Abbott Park, IL—Abbott is hiring a Finance Supervisor to provide FP&A support for Corporate FP&A, including RLBE and quarterly Confirmations across divisions. You’ll lead FX analytics, deliver executive-level insights, and support earnings release processes in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS in finance or accounting with 5–7 years of finance experience in large companies, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; 5–7 years of finance experience.
• Experience in large public or private companies with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead FX analytics including forecasting and P&L impact assessment.
• Communicate FX risks/opportunities with treasury and CFP&A teams.
• Support consolidation, reporting, and benchmarking analyses.
• Develop executive-level financial insights and leadership materials.
• Support quarterly earnings release with financial analysis and guidance.
• Perform advanced P&L analysis and translate data into action.
• Coach and develop one FP&A analyst and manage deliverables.
• Work autonomously with proactive goal achievement and responsiveness.
