You’ll partner across Finance and operations to turn data into actionable insights and drive growth, using AI to streamline processes and improve decision-making.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related quantitative field.
• Demonstrated experience in financial planning and business analysis.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to drive strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end FP&A rhythm including annual planning, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Leverage AI technology to streamline FP&A processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop business insights into drivers of performance for forward-looking decisions.
• Partner with Finance and operations to identify risks and opportunities and define key metrics.
• Own FP&A reporting for the parent company, consolidating insights into clear commentary.
• Collaborate with Data & Reporting to enhance FP&A analytics and accessibility of insights.
