Job summary

Audubon Companies seeks an experienced FP&A Senior Analyst to lead forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis under the CFO. This role oversees monthly reporting, long-range planning, and analytical modeling to drive profitability and growth.

You will manage asset locations for accurate property tax reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to frame strategic decisions and improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA license preferred.
• 5–10 years in an accounting group with 1–3 years in FP&A, IB, or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Proficiency in Velixo.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Multi-tasker with multiple deadlines and projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Manage annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decisions.
• Create presentations with insightful analysis and action items.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting.
• Evaluate investments, M&A to support growth.
• Work on corporate projects impacting the organization.
• Develop relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams.
• Track assets for accurate property tax renditions.
• Support other matters as required.
