Job summary

Leoforce in Houston, TX seeks a Senior FP&A & Strategic Finance Analyst to drive enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, capital allocation, and investor relations initiatives. You will build complex financial models, assess ROI and capital opportunities, and communicate strategic insights to leadership.

The role requires deep analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, Investor Relations, Capital Markets, or Corporate Development.
• 3+ years of experience in advanced financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive-level presentations.
• 5+ years of experience evaluating capital allocation, ROI, business performance, and industry peers.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial modeling, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning initiatives.
• Analyze corporate and business unit financial performance, operational trends, profitability, and return on capital.
• Evaluate capital investments, M&A opportunities, and strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Monitor oil and gas market trends, commodity pricing, industry developments, and competitor performance.
• Develop financial forecasts and sensitivity analyses to support executive decision-making.
• Prepare financial presentations and analysis for executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and investors.
• Support investor relations initiatives, earnings materials, and peer-company analysis.
• Partner with Treasury, Corporate Development, Accounting, and business unit finance teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, analytics, and forecasting capabilities.
