Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to partner with end users and standardize planning processes across DPS rate, Finance, and global sites. You will drive FP&A forecasting, develop documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions worldwide. Key duties include testing, dataflow understanding, and supporting executive messaging.

Travel 5%-10% may be required. This role sits in multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• At least 3 years of finance, accounting or related business experience.
• Experience designing, developing, implementing, and managing FP&A technology solutions preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication, analytical and influencing skills; ability to build relationships with executives.
• Ability to partner with all levels of the organization, including senior management.
• Foundational project management skills are required.
• Role may require 5–10% domestic and/or international travel.

Responsibilities

• Active participation on a Squad, global team, in end-to-end design, build, testing, and deployment of standardized Planning & Forecasting capabilities.
• Partner with end users and project team members to understand requirements and ensure builds meet specifications for planning models.
• Communicate interdependencies and manage risks to SigniFi program leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive global core business capability standardization and adoption for the finance function; ensure successful deployment with post-go-live support.
• Develop and execute testing strategies; create test use cases and scripts; remediate issues with SMEs.
• Support and lead ad hoc projects and analytics.
• Develop and track metrics for the SigniFi Program.
• Understand system calculations and dataflows to summarize for end-users.
• Maintain FP&A process documentation and collaboration with change management and training teams.
• Assist in crafting executive messages to Senior Finance Leaders.
