Archer Technologies International, Incorporated in Silicon Valley seeks a senior Finance leader to own planning, budgeting, and financial analysis for a high-impact program. You’ll partner with executives to design and track the annual operating plan and drive data-driven decisions.

The role requires deep FP&A knowledge, ERP experience (Adaptive Planning, SAP), and strong collaboration across R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams. Base pay ranges between $204,400 and $255,500 annually.

Formación

• 10+ years in Finance or related field.
• Experience supporting R&D, Engineering, or Product Development in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes, data structures and systems.
• Experience with FP&A tools and ERP systems (Adaptive, SAP).
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Excel modeling skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and budgeting for a critical program with senior management.
• Refine data systems and tools to track performance and provide reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide analytical rigor for strategic initiatives.
• Create and monitor KPIs to measure performance against financial objectives.
• Prepare internal and external executive reports including board and close processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy and efficiency of financial data analytics.
• Deploy dashboards via BI tools such as Sigma and Claude.
• Leverage FP&A and ERP systems (Adaptive Planning, SAP) knowledge in daily work.
