Job summary

Archer is seeking an accomplished Finance/FP&A leader to drive planning, budgeting, and performance analysis for a strategic program in engineering. You will collaborate with senior management and business groups to design financial plans, track performance, and optimize resource use.

As a key partner to R&D and product teams, you will implement KPIs, prepare executive reports, and deploy dashboards using Sigma and Claude. A strong background in Adaptive Planning and SAP is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Finance or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting; MBA preferred.
• Experience supporting R&D, engineering, or product development teams in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Finance and accounting processes, data structures and systems in a public company.
• Experience with FP&A software tools (Adaptive) and ERP systems (SAP).
• Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Excel modeling skills to influence data-driven decisions.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and budgeting for a critical engineering program; partner with senior management.
• Refine data systems and tools to track performance and provide reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate strategic initiatives.
• Create and monitor KPIs to measure performance against financial objectives.
• Prepare internal and external executive reporting documents for board and management.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy and efficiency of financial data analytics.
• Deploy dashboards via BI tools; leverage Sigma and Claude for visualization.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of ERP and FP&A processes throughout the function.
