Job summary

CVS Health in Kentucky is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Network Consolidation & Management Process to support end-to-end financial consolidation of the Network P&L and coordinate close, budget, and forecast cycles.

You will aggregate revenue, COGS, fees, and credits across network segments, prepare consolidated reporting packages, and ensure accuracy for executive decision-making. A detail-oriented, collaborative candidate with 2–4 years of relevant experience will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.
• Experience in financial planning, P&L consolidation, and reporting in health services environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate multi-team calendars.
• Proficiency in Excel and consolidated financial models.

Responsibilities

• Supports the consolidation of the Network P&L - aggregating and reconciling revenue, COGS, fees, and credits across all network segments into an executive-ready financial view.
• Manages the Finance management process calendar, coordinating deliverable timelines across the Network Finance team for monthly close, budget, and forecast cycles.
• Prepares consolidated reporting packages and management presentations, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation across all Network P&L components.
• Identifies and resolves consolidation variances and reconciling items across network segments; escalates material issues to the Manager.
• Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager.
