Job summary

CVS Health in the Pharmacy Services division is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Network Consolidation & Management Process to lead end-to-end consolidation of the Network P&L and manage the close/budget/forecast cadence. You will aggregate revenue, COGS, fees and credits across network segments and prepare executive-ready reports.

The role emphasizes calendar coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and attention to detail to ensure timely, high‑quality outputs.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience.
• Financial planning, P&L consolidation, and reporting skills in a PBM, managed care, or health services environment.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation; experience coordinating multi-team financial deliverable calendars preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience managing consolidated financial models across multiple data sources.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to prepare executive-ready consolidated reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing deadlines across budget, forecast, and close cycles.
• Collaborative work style with ability to partner across Network Finance teammates and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Consolidation of the Network P&L across network segments into an executive-ready view.
• Coordinate deliverable calendars for monthly close, budget, and forecast cycles.
• Prepare consolidated reporting packages and management presentations.
• Identify and resolve consolidation variances; escalate material issues.
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects.
