Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Senior Analyst, FP&A - Network Consolidation & Management Process to drive end-to-end consolidation of the Network P&L and coordinate the close, budget, and forecast cycles. You will aggregate revenue, COGS, fees, and credits across network segments into a unified financial view.

The role requires 2-4 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to partner across Network Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver executive-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional work experience.
• Financial planning, P&L consolidation, and reporting skills in a PBM, managed care, or health services environment.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation; experience coordinating multi-team financial deliverable calendars preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience managing consolidated financial models across multiple data sources.
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to prepare executive-ready consolidated reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing deadlines across budget, forecast, and close cycles.
• Collaborative work style with ability to partner across Network Finance teammates and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supports the consolidation of the Network P&L - aggregating and reconciling revenue, COGS, fees, and credits across all network segments into an executive-ready financial view.
• Manages the Finance management process calendar, coordinating deliverable timelines across the Network Finance team for monthly close, budget, and forecast cycles.
• Prepares consolidated reporting packages and management presentations, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation across all Network P&L components.
• Identifies and resolves consolidation variances and reconciling items across network segments; escalates material issues to the Manager.
• Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager.
