Job summary

Access | Information Management is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support Corporate FP&A with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The role emphasizes building and maintaining analytical models for board, sponsor, and lender reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of FP&A or related experience, advanced Excel, and strong presentation skills. MBA/CFA/CPA are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

  • Advanced, hands-on financial modeling skills including three-statement and DCF分析
  • Audit, troubleshoot, and improve model accuracy and flexibility.
  • Experience creating board-level presentations and executive slides.
  • Expert-level Excel skills and strong PowerPoint capabilities.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple deliverables with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models (long-range, budget, forecasts).
  • Develop scenario, sensitivity, and return analyses for initiatives and capital allocation.
  • Create driver-based KPI analysis (net retention, unit economics, rent metrics).
  • Support board, sponsor, and lender materials and executive presentations.
