Job summary

System One is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager of FP&A in Oklahoma City to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis. You will partner with leadership to deliver actionable insights, improve reporting capabilities, and drive profitability across business units.

The role requires 8+ years in FP&A, strong Power BI/SQL/Excel skills, ERP experience, and excellent communication. On-site work with a pathway to mentorship and scalable processes, in a collaborative

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and data integration.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred; MBA/CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes.
• Develop consolidated P&L models, forecasts, and KPI reporting.
• Create dashboards and data visuals using Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
• Partner with operations to analyze results and drive profitability.
• Standardize reporting frameworks and performance metrics across business units.
• Prepare executive and board presentations with monthly reviews.
• Manage a small team and scalable analytical processes.
• Coordinate with Accounting to align forecasts with reporting.
• Support strategic initiatives including pricing, capex, and due diligence.
• Promote data-driven decision making and IT reporting integrations.
