Kraton Corporation in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance (FP&A) to serve as a strategic leader and business partner. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, and influence senior leadership with actionable financial insights.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, oversee reporting and governance, and champion continuous improvement of financial processes. Strong English/Korean bilingual skills and extensive FP&A experience are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Finance/FP&A or related field.
• MUST be bilingual English/Korean.
• Integrated business systems experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and analytics tools (PowerBI, SAP, BPC).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic agility and decision support mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and Long-Range Planning (LRP) for designated business segments.
• Direct monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and performance insights.
• Own MD&A analytics and contribute to Board reporting.
• Oversee data accuracy, governance, and strong financial controls.
• Provide advisory support to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Develop KPI frameworks to measure profitability and strategic progress.
• Advance budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tooling and dashboards.
