Kraton Corporation in Belpre, Ohio (and at our Global HQ in The Woodlands, TX) seeks an enterprise leader to drive strategic manufacturing transformation across multiple functions, delivering major capital projects, footprint optimization, and process improvements.

You will align business strategy with operations, FP&A, and Supply Chain, manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk, and shepherd projects from concept through implementation to realize sustainable value.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry required.
• Nn/A
• MS or PhD preferred for advanced analytics.
• Demonstrated leadership of large, cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives across Operations, Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, and Project teams.
• Deliver projects that optimize footprint, expand capacity, reduce costs, and enable growth.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, risks, and value realization with Global CAPEX leadership.
• Ensure governance and change management to drive project adoption and benefits.
