Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive Accounting and Finance experience.
• At least 6 years in FP&A and/or business partnering in a high-growth biotech environment.
• Passion for automation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as financial advisor to department heads, translating financial data into narratives.
