Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, accounting, or related discipline.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; ability to communicate financials clearly.
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A cycle: annual operating plan and long-range plan.
• Develop and communicate financial models for revenue, margins, and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial packages and variance analyses.
• Present results to leadership and provide decision-support.
• Coach and develop financial analysts; drive process improvements.
