Job summary

Audemars Piguet is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead the preparation, analysis, and monitoring of retail P&L for North America and LATAM. You will drive monthly reporting with variance analysis, partner with senior leaders, and propose cost-saving initiatives to strengthen financial performance.

Qualified candidates have 7+ years in finance, strong Excel and consolidation skills, and proven ability to influence senior leadership. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, consolidation, and financial analysis.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and inquisitive mindset.
• Proven ability to interact with, advise, influence, and challenge senior leadership while serving as a strategic business partner.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial systems, automation, and consolidation/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, latest estimate, and business review processes for AP North America and LATAM.
• Monitor key business KPIs, perform trend analysis, and manage monthly closing reviews and reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial and operational reporting with variance analysis and cost-saving recommendations.
• Analyze P&L drivers and link financial results to operational decisions.
• Lead the business controlling function and ensure accurate cost allocations.
• Ensure compliance with AP standards and internal/external audits as required.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives.
