Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Manager, FP&A to join our global finance team. This remote role is based in the US in the Eastern time zone, working with the VP of Finance, CFO, and cross-functional leaders to drive planning, reporting, and margin expansion.

You will build a small, high-performing FP&A team, own the AOP process, close calendar, and deliver insightful materials for the board and investors while advancing digital finance capabilities across a fast-growing SaaS business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A, finance, or management consulting.
• Experience running a monthly close end-to-end.
• Experience producing board or investor materials.
• Strong stakeholder management; comfortable presenting to CFO and C-suite.
• Background in a high-growth technology or SaaS business preferred.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts.
• Advanced Google Sheets/Excel; comfortable with large, complex models.
• Experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP.
• Structured thinker; can design a process from scratch and document it.
• Commercially curious; understands the business model beyond the P&L.
• Interest in applying data science/AI to finance work.
• High attention to detail with ability to meet tight close deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve all FP&A deliverables before distribution to the CFO, department heads, or external parties.
• Own the quality standard: zero unexplained variances in any output bearing the Corp FP&A name.
• Delivery and quality of financial review products and cadence with the CFO, ELT and Investors.
• Annual Operating Plan: lead the full AOP process, kick off, set the timeline, chair department challenge conversations, present the consolidated P&L to the CFO.
