Job summary

Transamerica in Denver seeks a seasoned FP&A leader to oversee consolidated capital reporting, Bermuda regulatory reporting, and forecast oversight within the Financial Planning and Analysis team.

You will mentor and develop talent, coordinate forecasts, and ensure a strong control environment while collaborating across Finance and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.
• Eight years of accounting/finance experience including three years of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong people management skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office and financial business systems such as Oracle ERP, Tagetik or Razor.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A team responsible for regulatory reporting and forecast coordination.
• Coordinate resource planning and performance reviews; drive performance in cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop team talent through coaching and succession planning; ensure a strong control environment.
• Influence and align team with department strategy and values.
