Job summary

Safran in Carson, CA seeks a Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to lead monthly reporting and close for the RU. You will interact with engineering and program management to analyze financial performance of each program and ensure accurate forecasts.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and program business plans, ensuring IFRS compliance and effective internal controls. Strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in accounting or similar.
• 7+ years in Controlling, Accounting or related field.
• Experience with FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial information to appraise operating results.
• Forecast program revenues, gross margin, operating income, and cash flow.
• Ensure IFRS compliance for each program.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and monthly reforecasts.
• Prepare financial statements and manage period-end close.
• Provide internal controls for the organization.
