Job summary

Oldcastle APG is seeking a motivated FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for the Packaged Product Finance team. This onsite role supports the VP Finance and collaborates with PP division finance colleagues to drive informed business decisions.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on analytics, budgeting/forecasting, financial modeling, and strong communication skills to guide senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance or accounting.
• MBA or CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the division's financial modeling process (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Forecast, budget, and long-range planning.
• Analyze economic trends to influence decision-making.
• Coordinate deep analysis of operating regions’ financials.
• Develop executive slide decks for leadership meetings.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to boost productivity.
