Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Director of Finance to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial performance across multiple manufacturing sites. You will guide strategic finance, manage cost accounting, and partner with operations to optimize working capital and profitability.

The role requires a senior finance leader with ERP implementation experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and the ability to build a high-performing regional team. Hybrid work near manufacturing plants is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required.
• CPA designation is strongly preferred.
• 10+ years in finance and accounting in manufacturing.
• Experience in senior leadership roles such as Plant Controller.
• ERP system implementation and optimization experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and strategic planning.
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management and manufacturing finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning with executive partners.
• Oversee GAAP financial reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Manage cost accounting, variance analysis, and intersite allocations.
• Partner with operations to align budgets with execution and drive efficiency.
• Drive ERP enhancements and automate finance processes.
• Establish internal controls and liaise with auditors.
