The role manages monthly close, forecasts, and board-ready analyses, with leadership over models and reporting tools across 100+ locations and SEC filings guidance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related supervisory/management experience required to motivate and develop direct reports.
• 5-10 years of related job experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes.
• Experience interpreting strategy to set and deliver objectives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor monthly close activities and analyze unusual entries or accruals.
• Model and develop operating expense and capital projections for quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Incorporate macro-economic drivers into forecast assumptions and analyze business impacts.
• Integrate financial and operational metrics across locations to report results.
