Qualifications

• 10 years of finance and accounting experience with progressive responsibility.
• MBA preferred as part of the qualification set.
• Strong knowledge of Hyperion, Oracle and Microsoft AX; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget and quarterly & weekly forecast processes.
• Perform monthly analysis of financial performance vs budget & forecast.
• Coordinate capital review meetings and CER documentation.
• Coordinate analysis of returns from capital expenditure projects.
• Partner with PMO to define, track and analyze auditable metrics.
• Create standard financial models and templates for the organization.
• Share best practices across FP&A teams.
• Routinely communicate performance trends and forecasts.
• Develop processes for routine analytical reviews of financial/operational performance.
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses.
