Job summary

Activision Blizzard seeks a Manager of Corporate FP&A to lead integrated planning, forecasting and reporting for the Corporate FP&A team. The role analyzes company-wide performance, coordinates data gathering, and supports the Annual Operating Plan and quarterly close through rigorous financial analysis and clear communication with executives.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will drive process improvements in Hyperion-based planning, maintain accuracy in driver-based scenarios, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Hyperion/Essbase experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Ability to coordinate inputs across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Annual Operating Plan preparation and headcount planning.
• Coordinate monthly close, quarterly forecast, and variance analysis.
• Drive Hyperion-based planning improvements and automation initiatives.
• Partner with functional leaders to provide actionable financial insights.
