Job summary

Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking an FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting in the U.S. market. You will create KPI dashboards and support strategic financial decisions for senior leadership.

The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, plus experience in the insurance industry and GAAP. This position emphasizes data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree + 4 years corporate finance experience.
• Experience in the insurance industry with financial modeling, variance analysis, budgeting, EBITDA adjustments, and GAAP.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Macros, Power Pivot, Power Query, and Power BI for automation and visualization.

• Conduct FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and financial modeling.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, understand key trends, and present to senior management.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards, optimize reporting systems, and support financial decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field plus 4 years' corporate finance experience.
• Must have experience in the insurance industry with financial modeling, variance analysis, budgeting, EBITDA adjustments, and GAAP.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Macros, Power Pivot, Power Query, and Power BI for automation and visualization.
