RevOps Careers is seeking a senior finance professional to serve as the principal finance business partner for the Benefits organization and the Orion Transformation office. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting activities, delivering accurate dashboards and management presentations.

Responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders, translating complex financial data into actionable insights, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 9+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with SAP or Hyperion.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal finance business partner for Benefits and Orion Transformation office.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare accurate dashboards and management presentations.
