Job description

This role is pivotal in partnering with leaders across Enpro to drive informed business decisions, enhance financial health, and support our long-term growth objectives.

Role Overview

The AST Senior Manager, FP&A serves as a strategic financial partner with primary responsibility supporting operations at AST’s California and Idaho sites. The role leads planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis activities; translates financial and operational results into actionable recommendations; and drives stronger financial discipline, consistency, and decision support across the business. This position combines hands‑on analytical leadership with cross‑functional influence and reports to the AST Senior Director of FP&A.

What You’ll Do:
  • Budget/Forecasting: Assist with the annual financial planning process and monthly forecasting across Enpro including supporting Enpro’s divisions.
  • Streamline Processes: Coordination of divisional review content for corporate leadership. Develop and maintain Excel and PowerPoint templates for divisions to drive consistent and efficient completion.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: partnering with functional leaders to drive financial acumen and support business strategy.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Facilitation: driving best practices across Enpro’s divisions through the building of relationships
  • Management reporting: establishing and maintaining key financial reporting to be used by leadership.
  • Developing and/or enhancing understanding of OneStream software by being a power user and providing support to others.
  • Capital management: oversee, coordinate, and support the CapEx approval process and required reporting.
  • Remain at the forefront of Enpro’s knowledge and use of OneStream to guide the organization towards the highest value next steps weighing benefits of expanded/advanced use of adopted modules vs. implementation of new functionalities.
  • Involvement with the planned data hub creation as necessary to support the centralization of data and reporting across Enpro.
