Job summary

Novanta Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, FP&A to own the core reporting and planning processes across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.

You will deliver accurate, timely, and insight-driven financial information to executive leadership, the Board, and investors. You will collaborate with BU finance and the BI team, develop forecasting templates in EPBCS, and push for automation and AI-enabled reporting using Snowflake and Power BI to improve data quality and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• 5–10 years of progressive FP&A/financial reporting experience.
• Proven ability to own recurring FP&A processes with accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of routine financial reports across weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual cycles.
• Standardize management-ready outputs (GM bridge, EBITDA variance).
• Coordinate and support BU finance teams and EPBCS users in forecasting and reporting.
