Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Strategic Finance, Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or related discipline.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Understanding of capital markets, Private Equity and Direct Lending.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint; experience preparing executive-level materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate analyses into insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and influential across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, scenario analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze key drivers, profitability, growth trends, and enterprise performance.
• Partner with Finance leadership to evaluate risks, opportunities, and outcomes.
• Translate complex financial information into clear recommendations for executives.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes across the organization.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and communications for senior leadership.
• Coordinate materials for Board meetings, lender presentations, and external discussions.
• Ensure messaging consistency across planning, reporting, and external communications.
• Coordinate with lenders, ratings agencies, PE sponsors, and other external stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional programs and manage quarterly lender processes and due diligence.
• Identify opportunities to improve modeling processes, reporting quality, and AI-assisted workflows.
