Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation in Aston, PA seeks an Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead FP&A, cost accounting, and financial analysis of our manufacturing operations. This role partners with operations and engineering to drive strategic financial decisions and forecast accountability.

The position demands a senior leader capable of building a scalable FP&A function, owning the monthly close, and providing executive-facing insights and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Ten+ years FP&A and/or cost accounting experience, with leadership
• Manufacturing and cost accounting experience; government contracting or aerospace/defense preferred
• CPA, CMA, or CCA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting end-to-end, including consolidation.
• Own the annual operating plan, budget, and long-range plan.
• Partner with General Manager, Controller and leadership across operations, supply chain, PM, and engineering.
• Oversee cost accounting activities and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and forecast packages.
