Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to serve as a trusted partner supporting the Retail International business. You will lead planning, analysis, reporting, and forecasting while partnering with senior leaders to drive growth and financial governance.

This role offers hybrid work and emphasizes executive communication, data storytelling, and senior stakeholder collaboration to deliver actionable insights and strategic impact.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in financial planning & analysis with progression to complex roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• Exhibit executive presence, communicate with data-driven storytelling.
• Translate complex financial concepts for executive audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and issue resolution.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling skills.
• Proactive self-starter and team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP software; SQL a plus.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead FP&A for Retail International; manage month-end close, variance analysis, risks & opportunities, forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Develop executive presentations and present monthly financial results.
• Coordinate across the organization to ensure clear communication lines.
• Partner with International senior leaders to understand drivers and growth strategies.
• Structure and lead ad hoc analytical projects for strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate opportunities and build financial models for business cases.
• Support growth and development of peers within Enterprise Finance.
• Assist people leaders to drive team engagement.
