CFS is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Corporate Finance Team in Hartford, CT. The role provides direct partnership to executive leadership, with a focus on financial analysis, forecasting and strategic reporting.

Qualifications

• BS in Finance required.
• 5+ years of financial analysis and reporting experience with financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Directly support the CFO and Corporate Controller with key financial information for strategic decision making.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Create and maintain complex financial models.
• Create, monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas of improvement.
• Additional duties as assigned.
